Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rotascore mobile application and rotascore.com (together, the "Service"), operated by DURBAY OTOMOTİV MİMARLIK İNŞAAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Rotascore provides live football scores, fixtures, statistics, standings, news and related sports information for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Informational Purposes Only — No Warranty

• All scores, statistics, fixtures, standings and other data are provided for general information purposes only.
• Data may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content, and the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Betting odds, where displayed, are statistical information only. They are not betting advice, not an invitation to gamble, and the Service contains no links to betting operators. Do not make financial decisions based on the Service. Gambling can be addictive and is for adults only (18+); if you choose to gamble, please do so responsibly.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Without our prior written consent you may not: (a) access the Service or its application programming interfaces (APIs) by automated means, including bots, scrapers, crawlers or scripts, other than crawlers of search engines and AI services that identify themselves and follow our robots.txt; (b) extract, copy, store or mirror its data in bulk or systematically, or use it to build a database or a competing service; (c) resell, redistribute or publicly display that data; or (d) circumvent our rate limits, app verification or other technical protections. Our APIs exist only to serve the Rotascore apps and rotascore.com and are not a public API. We may block, limit or suspend access that breaches this section, and we and our data licensors reserve all legal remedies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Rotascore name, logo and app design are our property. Team and competition names, logos and badges belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. Video highlights are played via official embedded players (e.g. YouTube) and remain subject to those platforms' terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including decisions made in reliance on displayed data.

7. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms. The current version is always available on this page; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. Contact: [email protected]

9. Match Chat

Match chat is available in the app to users who are signed in. By sending a message you accept the Chat Rules, which describe what is not allowed, how we moderate, and how you can report content and appeal a decision. You are responsible for your messages and allow us to display them in the chat room while it is open. We may remove messages and restrict or ban accounts that break the Chat Rules or the law.
